In order to make minors draw on the advantages and avoid the disadvantages in the use of the Internet, we should actively integrate into the protection system of minors with the comprehensive performance of the' four major prosecutors', promote the integration of the six major protections of family, school, society, network, government and justice, integrate' online' and' offline' governance, improve the system guarantee mechanism, improve laws and regulations, strengthen illegal punishment, continue to carry out special rectification actions, further promote the comprehensive management of the network, and actively build a new pattern of network protection for minors with extensive participation and coordinated efforts.
