The 20th CPC National Congress proposed to comprehensively promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese path to modernization, which profoundly answered the fundamental question of how to achieve national rejuvenation. The great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation is a constant theme throughout the centennial youth movement. The two coexist and progress together, interweaving and blending. Under the background of different historical periods and different times, the majority of young people take the youth movement as the carrier to create the value of the times for the modernization of Chinese style, contribute youth strength, and always be the vanguard force to promote the modernization of Chinese style. Based on the perspective of Chinese modernization theory, this paper takes Qinghai youth movement as the object of discussion, and summarizes and explores the distinctive regional characteristics of youth movement in the process of modernization.
