摘要
文章通过对中部某省近3万大学生进行问卷调查,发现当前大学生职业价值观面临四重挑战:功利主义动摇大学生理想信念;泛娱乐主义解构大学生劳动认同;"躺平主义"消解大学生奋斗精神;从众心理影响大学生创新意识.为此,必须充分发挥爱国精神、劳动精神、奋斗精神、创新精神在大学生职业价值观培育中的引领、源泉、支撑、动力功能,通过拓宽横向纵向格局、坚持知行合一理念、注重内容形式创新、推动体制机制变革等策略,助推"四种精神"在高校落地生根、见行见效,从而帮助大学生树立正确的职业价值观,增强其心理资本,促进其职业能力发展,助力高校毕业生想就业、能就业、好就业、就好业.
Abstract
Through a questionnaire survey of nearly 30000 college students in a central province, it is found that the current professional values of college students face four challenges, namely: utilitarianism shakes the ideals and beliefs of college students; pan-entertainment deconstruction of college students' labor identity;" lying flat " dispels the spirit of struggle of college students; and herd mentality affects college students' sense of innovation. Therefore, it is necessary to fully utilize the functions of patriotism, labor spirit, struggle spirit, and innovation spirit in the cultivation of professional values among college students, such as support, source, support, and motivation. By broadening the horizontal and vertical pattern, adhering to the concept of unity of knowledge and action, paying attention to the innovation of content and form, and promoting the reform of system and mechanism, we can promote the " four spirits " to take root in colleges and universities, so as to help college students establish correct professional values, enhance their psychological capital and psychological self-reliance, promote their career development, and assist college graduates in wanting to find employment, being able to find employment, finding good employment, and finding good jobs.
