The Communist Party of China attaches great importance to youth work. In Yan 'an period,the Party's youth work has made important achievements. Scientifically inheriting the Party's fine tradition of doing a good job in youth work,mobilizing young people to participate in the war of resistance against Japanese aggression,and expanding the era of Chinese united front against Japanese aggression is inevitable,constitute the Party's era of doing a good job in youth work. The Party actively explores scientific and reasonable ways to promote the development of youth work. Establish various schools and training courses to enhance the cultural and political education of young people;promote the coordinated development of mass production movement and social investigation work to improve the social practice ability of young people;explore rich and effective art forms to lead young people to actively participate in the resistance against Japanese aggression;establish organizations and social groups to unite the strength of youth. It is necessary to dialectically draw on the useful experience of the Party in doing a good job in youth work during the Yan 'an period and promote youth work in the new era. The Party should attach great importance to youth work,adhere to the scientific leadership of youth work,ensure the reasonable direction of youth work,and do youth work well in line with the tasks of the Times,and give full play to the important role of young people.
