One of the important contents of the youth interpretation of the Party's innovation theory is to tell the youth about the great changes in the new era. Therefore, it is necessary to construct a long-term mechanism to improve the effect of interpretation, and constantly explore the path of institutionalized interpretation, which is conducive to the transformation of interpretation effect. To establish a long-term mechanism for youth-oriented interpretation, we must first clarify the objectives and form a target system. In terms of designing the specific objectives of youth interpretation, this paper is divided into three levels of objectives: guiding young students to systematize the fragmented perception of positive changes in social life at the knowledge level, essentializing the phenomenon of cognition, and deepening the current understanding. At the ability level, guide young students to use policy theory thinking to observe and solve practical problems; at the value level, guide young students to firmly devote themselves to the life choice of national rejuvenation. In addition, it is necessary to make joint efforts from the aspects of refining the content of interpretation, innovating the form of interpretation, enriching the subject of interpretation and continuously improving the four-dimensional path of effect evaluation, so as to finally optimize the interpretation mechanism and realize the transformation of effect.
