"Generation Z" youth is a generation growing up in the Internet. Therefore, in terms of their living field, they have the duality of network life and real life. Under the interweaving of network and reality, the youth of "Generation Z" show a dual mentality, which is mainly reflected in value identity, identity, social identity and emotional identity. The emergence of " dual mentality " makes them fall into the whirlpool of contradictions, resulting in identity obstacles and hindering the upward growth of "Generation Z" youth.
