朋辈教育工作是高校"大思政"工作的有效载体,朋辈教育队伍是高校"大思政"体系的重要组成部分,高校"大思政"体系的纵深推进为深化朋辈教育提供了新的契机.当前,高校"大思政"体系中朋辈教育渐趋普遍,朋辈教育队伍制度建设不断建立完善,朋辈教育队伍的主体构成多元化,大学生对朋辈教育者及其选拔方式的评价整体较高.但是,高校朋辈教育工作尚处在初级发展阶段,高校朋辈教育队伍在榜样示范、教育培训、管理使用等方面问题比较突出.为了有效发挥朋辈教育工作在高校"大思政"体系中的积极作用,一是要把高校朋辈教育队伍建设全面嵌入高校"大思政"体系,二是要建立完善管理奖惩机制以确保高校朋辈教育者的榜样示范,三是要建立完善引领激励机制以强化高校朋辈教育者的内生动力,四是要建立完善教育培训机制以提升高校朋辈教育者的综合素质.
Peer education is an effective carrier of the"great ideological and political education"work in colleges and universities,and the peer education team is an important part of the"great ideological and political education"system in colleges and universities.The deepening of the"great ideological and political education"system in colleges and universities provides new opportunities for deepening peer education.Currently,peer education in the"great ideological and political education"system in colleges and universities is becoming more and more common,the peer education team system is constantly being established and improved,the main composition of the peer education team is diversified,and college students have a high overall evaluation of peer educators and their selection methods.However,peer education in colleges and universities is still in the primary stage of development,and the problems of peer education team in colleges and universities are more prominent in the aspects of example demonstration,education and training,management and use,etc.In order to effectively play the positive role of peer education in the"great ideological and political"system in colleges and universities,first,the construction of peer education team in Colleges and universities should be fully embedded in the"great ideological and political"system in colleges and universities,second,the management reward and punishment mechanism should be established and improved to ensure the example demonstration of peer educators in colleges and universities,third,the guidance and incentive mechanism should be established and improved to strengthen the endogenous motivation of peer educators in colleges and universities,and fourth,the education and training mechanism should be established and improved to improve the comprehensive quality of peer educators in colleges and universities.
