学前融合教育的高质量发展,归根结底还是要靠教师.作为学前融合教育的主要承担者和特殊儿童成长过程中的重要引路人,学前融合教育教师特别是青年教师职业素质的提升至关重要,这是促进特殊儿童可持续发展的关键所在,也是推动学前融合教育高质量发展的关键所在,直接影响着"落实让每个孩子都能享受公平而有质量的教育"目标的实现.本文在强调提升教师职业素质是促进学前融合教育高质量发展的关键的基础上,分析学前融合教育教师职业素质基本构成,最后提出学前融合教育教师职业素质提升的实践路径.
As the main undertaker of preschool integrated education and an important guide in the growth process of children with special needs,preschool integrated education teachers directly affect the realization of the goal of"implementing a fair and quality education for every child",and to a large extent affect the sustainable development of children and the realization of social equity education.On the basis of emphasizing that improving the professional quality of teachers is the key to promoting the high-quality development of preschool integrated education,this paper analyzes the basic composition of the professional quality of preschool integrated education teachers,and finally puts forward the practical path of improving the professional quality of preschool integrated education teachers.
