The situation of youth marriage and love has a long-term impact on the fertility level and demographic structure.The study found that China's youth mate selection bias connotation standard,single subjective factors highlight;the age of first marriage is postponed,and the'marriage'and'love'are untied,but they are still in the state of universal marriage;the sex ratio of the youth population is unbalanced,and the phenomenon of marriage and love extrusion is serious;the divorce rate has risen and then fallen,and the divorce cooling-off period system has a certain inhibitory effect;the discrimination of marriage and love policy are not highly differentiated and targeted,and the scope of benefits has yet to be expanded.It is suggested to formulate the Youth Emotional Education Outline,cultivate and enhance the ability of youth to love,adjust the application period of various fund youth projects in a timely manner,and further improve the protection of young people's legal marriage and love rights and interests.
