Research on the Integration of Vocational College Students'Career Planning and Ideological and Political Education under the Background of New Quality Productivity
With its high-tech,high-efficiency and high-quality features,the new quality productivity is becoming a new engine to promote economic development and employment growth,which puts forward new requirements for vocational college students'career planning and ideological and political education.With the characteristics of technology-driven,resource-integrated,personalized teaching and innovation-led,the new quality productivity has pushed forward a profound change in the field of education.However,vocational colleges have problems such as weak integration awareness,lack of systematic integration content,single integration methods,and insufficient integration ability in the integration of students'career planning and ideological and political education.Based on the perspective of new quality productivity,we put forward the countermeasures of concurrently advancing vocational planning and ideology and politics to strengthen the integration consciousness;innovating teaching methods to enhance the integration effect;strengthening the construction of teachers to improve the integration ability;and perfecting the practice teaching system to strengthen the integration effectiveness.These countermeasures help to enhance students'awareness of career planning,improve their career development ability,and deepen the effectiveness of ideological and political education,which provides support for cultivating high-quality talents with both professional skills and noble morals,and promotes the construction and development of talent team in the context of new quality productivity.
