校园欺凌备受社会关注,社会失范理论能够为校园欺凌行为解构提供创新视角.对照社会失范行为表现,校园欺凌属于典型的个体失范,其根源在于应试教育背景下的"文化目标"与"制度化手段"之间的关系失衡.当学生个体采用正当的"制度化手段"无法达到预设的"文化目标"时,可能会采取"低成本、高回报"的暴力化手段实现目标,校园欺凌便可能发生.当前,校园欺凌个体失范主要表现为积极欺凌者、摇摆欺凌者和兼顾欺凌者三种类型.校园欺凌治本之道在于通过推动教育转型、抵制同侪压力、压缩失范空间、多元协同治理等途径,重塑以规则为核心的校园秩序.
The Analysis of School Bullying Behavior Based on Social Anomie Theory
In recent years,the problem of school bullying has been concerned by all walks of life. After the special rectification,although great results have been achieved,there are still problems such as too concentrated rectification and treating symptoms instead of curing the root cause. Under the background of the comprehensive construction of the Chinese-style modernization,campus security is facing a more serious problem of the imbalance between "cultural goals" and "institutionalized means",and the lack of long-term anti-bullying mechanism makes the problem of campus bullying more and more serious. With the help of the research paradigm of social anomie theory,the author interprets the bully's behavior from the social background of the bully himself,and limits the bullying behavior by intervening in the bully's environment. Reconstruct the order of campus security.
