摘要
新时代乡村警务工作不断深入实践,凸显时代要求.湖南省新化县乡村警务凸显了党建引领、齐抓共管;警力前置、服务前移;平安共建、全民联防等工作特色.但在一些乡镇也存在为民服务意识不强、督管机制不健全、联动不足等现象.新时代乡村警务模式创新建设,要加强基层党组织引领作用,抓好警民党员干部主力军建设;要强化村民委员会与派出所两个中枢的结合,抓好警民联动建设;要加强宣传教育,抓好乡风文明系统、法治科普系统和社区联防系统三个系统的全覆盖建设.
Abstract
Rural policing work in the new era should continue to be practiced in depth and highlight the characteristics of the times.Using the literature method,analysis method and investigation method,taking the practice of rural policing in Xinhua County,Hunan Province as an example,this paper studies the innovative model of local rural policing mode and the insufficient construction of rural policing.However,in some townships and towns,there are also phenomena such as the weak sense of serving the people,the imperfect supervision and management mechanism,and insufficient linkage.Finally,for the innovative construction of rural policing mode in the new era,this paper puts forward reference thinking:it is necessary to strengthen the leading role of grassroots party organizations and do a good job in the construction of the main force of police and civilian party members and cadres;it is necessary to strengthen the combination of the two centers of the villagers'committee and the police station,and do a good job in the construction of police-people linkage;it is necessary to strengthen publicity and education,and do a good job in the construction of full coverage of the three systems of the rural customs and civilization system,the rule of law popularization system,and the community joint defense system.
