It is of great significance to explore the work of wartime "Party Building" of public security organs to strengthen the wartime combat effectiveness and centripetal force of public security organs and ensure the completion of wartime missions and tasks. In recent years,public security organs in various localities have carried out multifaceted explorations on the construction of wartime "Party Building" models and achieved a lot of results,but there are still deficiencies in wartime cognition,responsibilities and authority,work timeliness,and wartime support. In order to break the above predicament and make up for the shortcomings,a detailed study was carried out on the wartime "Party Building" work of the public security organs under the new situation,and a realistic response was given from five perspectives:cognitive remodeling,clarity of rights and responsibilities,complete guarantees,organizational optimization,and party building publicity.
