Since the establishment of National Immigration Administration,it has forged a revolutionary,standardized,professional and professional high-quality immigration management team. In the face of the severe and complex international environment and the arduous task of domestic reform,development and stability,it is urgent to strengthen the cultivation of the reserve force of immigration management. Public security colleges are the main battlefield for cultivating reserve forces for immigration management police. However,due to the short duration of immigration management professional education and weak professional construction experience,the talent training has not yet formed a systematic and mature mechanism. Immigration management professional personnel training construction should adhere to the problem.
