The actions of intruding into railway lines and obstructing the train start are common actions of pedestrian intruding railway clearance in railway passenger stations,which pose a serious threat to railway safety and public order.Through the analysis of Hunan,Guangdong and Hainan provinces five years related cases,extract the types and characteristics of deviant behavior,and from the formation process of motivation and behavior of real-time environment two aspects analyzes the cause of the actions of pedestrian intruding railway clearance.It is found that the formation of such deviant behavior is mainly affected by factors such as imperfect legal regulation,insufficient individual cognition and uncontrolled negative emotions,and is more likely to be carried out when there are bad order and prevention and control loopholes in the real-time environment.Therefore,in terms of prevention and control measures,it is necessary to formulate measures from the two aspects of weakening the breeding of deviant tendency and blocking the driving factors in the real-time environment,so as to form effective prevention and systematic control.
