论教育博士专业学位的职业性及其实现

职业性是专业学位区别于学术学位的本质属性,是教育博士专业学位的根本定位.从学位类别上看,教育博士专业学位的培养目标和培养流程应以高水平职业能力为核心,强化教育博士培养与职业资格之间的联系;从学位层次上看,教育博士研究生教育是一种以理论知识和应用实践为支撑的高层次职业教育;从人才培养活动上看,在学术知识和实践活动两方面各有侧重,不同于以认识教育为目的的教育学博士学位,教育博士专业学位发挥着改造教育的重要作用.厘清教育博士专业学位定位,需批判地借鉴他国经验,明确职业性是教育博士培养的第一要义,突出人才培养模式的职业性特征,完善教育博士专业学位与职业资格的衔接机制.
On the Professionalism of the Doctor of Education and Its Realization
Since the establishment of the Doctor of education,its position has not been clearly clarified,which led to a series of problems,such as the similarity between the training of the Doctor of Education and the Doctor of Philosophy in Education and high deferred graduation rate that has existed for a long time.Professionalism is the degree attribute of a professional degree,which is distinguished from an academic degree.It is also the fundamental position of the Doctor of Education.From the perspective of degree categories,the training objectives and training procedures of the Doctor of Education should take high-level professional ability as the core,and the connection between the training of the Doctor of Education and professional qualifications needs to be strengthened.From the perspective of degree level,the Doctor of Education is a kind of high-level vocational education supported by theoretical knowledge and applied practice.From the perspective of training mode of talent,each degree has its emphasis in academic knowledge and practical activities.Different from the Doctor of Philosophy in Education which aims to understand education,the Doctor of Education plays an important role in reforming education.To clarify the position of the Doctor of Education,it is necessary to critically learn from the experience of other countries,make it explicit that professionalism is the degree essence of the Doctor of Education,highlight the professional characteristics of personnel training mode,and improve the connection mechanism between the Doctor of Education and professional qualification.
