摘要
以农业全产业链开发示范区政策作为一项准自然实验,采用双重差分法分析这一政策对县域产业结构升级影响的研究发现:农业全产业链建设对县域产业结构升级有显著的正向影响,且农业全产业链建设通过提高创业活跃度促进县域产业结构升级.政策的实施效果在交通运输仓储和邮政业、信息传输软件和信息技术服务业、房地产、租赁和商务服务业、教育等行业的影响较为明显,同时在我国东部地区和中部地区影响较为显著.上述研究结论对如何推动县域产业高质量发展,促进地区产业结构优化升级提供了经验证据和政策参考.
Abstract
This study treats the demonstration-zone policy of whole agricultural industry-chain development as a quasi-natural experiment and employs the difference-in-differences method to examine the impact of this policy on the county-level industrial structure upgrading.The findings indicate that the whole agricultural industry-chain construction has a significant positive influence on the county-level industrial structure upgrading and that the former promotes the latter through entrepreneurial activity.The study reveals that the effects of the policy are more pronounced in those industries such as transportation,warehousing and postal services,information transmission software and information technology services,real estate,leasing and business services,and education.Furthermore,the impact is particularly significant in the eastern and central regions of China.These conclusions provide valuable empirical evidence and policy reference for promoting the high-quality development of county-level industries and the regional industrial structure upgrading.
