Population transition and family transition have theoretical homology,and the mobility anal-ysis framework is adopted to place migrant families in the modernization background,emphasizing their mi-gration and change in time and space,diversity and complexity in structure and form,and thus focusing on the construction perspective of migration selection of migrant families.Descriptive analysis method is used to show the evolution of floating population families in detail,to answer the question"What changes have taken place in floating population families along the path of modernization?"And"What are the current sta-tus and characteristics of floating population families?"two questions.
