Employment is the most basic livelihood,and achieving high-quality and full employment is an inherent requirement for promoting high-quality development.The digital economy has become a new driving force for promoting high-quality development and has a profound impact on the human resources market.The evaluation index system of digital economy development level and employment quality is con-structed to demonstrate the characteristics and facts of digital economy development and employment quali-ty in Beijing and Shanghai.On this basis,a regression analysis model is constructed to further study the impact of the digital economy on employment quality.The results show that the digital economy directly promotes the improvement of employment quality,and also indirectly promots the improvement of employ-ment quality by optimizing employment structure.
