Thinking on theEvaluation Index System of Graduates'Employment Quality in Applied Undergraduate Colleges and Universities——Based on the Analysis of the Graduate Employment Quality Survey Report
The employment quality of college graduates has been paid more and more attention by the state,society and colleges,and is an important index to measure the level of colleges and universities.Based on the relevant data released by the 2017-2022 Graduate Employment Quality Survey Report of F University,descriptive statistical analysis was carried out,and the entropy method was used to make a comparative analysis of the employment quality of 6 classes graduates,and many problems existing in the employment quality assessment based on the Graduate Employment Quality Survey Report were analyzed.Then it puts forward the design idea of the index system of employment quality evaluation of applied under-graduate college graduates,and analyzes the application value of the index system.
