This paper explores the construction of the course-certificate integrated curriculum system of smart health and elderly care service and management in higher vocational colleges by integrating the 1+X certificate system and drawing on the OBE concept.Based on graduation goals and vocational skill stand-ards,the course system is developed,curriculum standards are constructed,teaching methods are enriched,and teaching evaluation methods are optimized,aiming to provide reference for the construction of course systems in other majors.
