At present,Beijing has formed a teacher team that meets the demand in terms of quantity and scale,has a more reasonable structure,and has a good development trend.Among them,the scale and structure of young scientific and technological talents in colleges and universities have also increased.How-ever,the overall job satisfaction of young teachers in colleges and universities in Beijing is only at an average level,with the least satisfaction in terms of income benefits and job evaluation.At the same time,there are still contradictions in the construction of the young teacher team,such as low level of teaching specializa-tion,lack of high-level talents,weak cultivation of young reserve talents,insufficient support for youth in existing talent policies,incomplete salary incentive mechanisms,and imperfect professional title promotion systems.Suggest strenghtening the top-level design of the policy system for young teachers in universities,and extablishing a sound talent training,assessment,and incentive system and mechanism,in order to pro-mote the comprehensive development of young teachers in universities in Beijing.
