摘要
受北京生源数量逐年减少和新冠疫情等因素叠加影响,北京市高职院校招生数量呈总体下降趋势,出现了一定程度的招生困境.在新冠疫情期间,北京高职院校招生提出实施"互联网+"招生新模式、创新招生宣传模式、优化招生服务以及完善"招生-培养-就业"联动机制等应对策略.后疫情时期高职院校的招生工作应在运用数字化技术手段应对学生多元化需求、积极开拓国际化招生合作与交流项目、提升招生队伍的精细化管理与工作服务能力等方面下功夫.
Abstract
Affected by the combined factors of the gradual decrease in the number of Beijing's student applicants and the COVID-19 pandemic,the enrollment of higher vocational colleges in Beijing has shown an overall downward trend,leading to a certain degree of enrollment difficulties.During the COVID-19 pandemic,higher vocational colleges in Beijing proposed new enrollment strategies such as implementing an"Internet Plus"enrollment model,innovating enrollment promotion methods,optimizing enrollment serv-ices,and improving the linkage mechanism of"enrollment-training-employment."In the post-pandemic era,higher vocational colleges should focus on utilizing digital technology to meet the diverse needs of students,actively expanding international enrollment cooperation and exchange programs,and improving the refined management and service capabilities of the enrollment team.
