摘要
关注学生作为人的"职业成长",在职业院校班主任工作中运用人力资源管理六个模块技能,探讨班级管理秉承的人本理念,及其实践中的应用研究,内容包括班级组织架构、班干部岗位设置、班委招聘、培训开发、成绩考核、奖优惩劣、学生关系和班级文化建设,并对学生立德树人、身心健康、卫生习惯、手机成瘾以及班主任时间"碎片化"等问题提出相应对策.
Abstract
Focusing on students'"career growth"as individuals,this paper explores the application of the six modules of human resource management skills in the work of class teachers in vocational colleges,as well as the humanistic concept upheld in class management and its practical application research.The con-tents include class organizational structure,post setting for class leaders,recruitment of class committee members,training and development,performance evaluation,rewarding excellence and punishing inferiori-ty,student relations,and class culture construction.Corresponding countermeasures are proposed for problems such as moral education,physical and mental health,hygiene habits,mobile phone addiction,and the"fragmentation"of class teachers'time.
