正念训练影响高职养老服务专业实习生知觉压力、负性情绪的实验研究
An Experimental Study on the Effects of Mindfulness Training on Perceived Stress and Negative Emotions among Vocational College Interns Majoring in Elderly Care Services

摘要
以北京市某高职院校养老服务与管理专业53名实习生作为考察对象,探讨高职院校养老服务专业实习生正念水平与知觉压力、正性负性情绪的关系及正念训练对实习生知觉压力、正性负性情绪的影响.结果显示:养老服务与管理专业实习生的正念水平与正性情绪呈显著正相关,与知觉压力和负性情绪均呈显著负相关;八周的正念训练对缓解养老服务专业实习生知觉压力及负性情绪有显著作用.该研究对如何提高养老服务与管理专业实习生的压力应对能力及稳定养老服务人才队伍提供了对策参考.
Abstract
Taking 53 interns majoring in elderly care services and management from a vocational college in Beijing as the research subjects,this study explores the relationship between mindfulness level,perceived stress,and positive and negative emotions among vocational college interns majoring in elderly care services in vocational colleges,as well as the impact of mindfulness training on their perceived stress and positive and negative emotions.The results show that the mindfulness level of interns majoring in elderly care serv-ices and management was significantly positively correlated with positive emotions,and significantly nega-tively correlated with perceived stress and negative emotions;eight weeks of mindfulness training have a significant effect on alleviating the perceived stress and negative emotions of the interns.This study pro-vides strategic references for improving the stress coping abilities of interns majoring in elderly care services and management and stabilizing the talent pool in elderly care services.
