From the perspective of technological determinism,generative artificial intelligence technolo-gy will drive human resource management towards intelligent recruitment and management,adaptive train-ing and development,and automated evaluation and prediction. However,the practical application of gener-ative artificial intelligence in the field of human resource management also brings three major risks:privacy exposure,order chaos,and subject destruction,including data leakage,information infringement,algo-rithm bias,decision ambiguity,excessive dependence,and ignoring reality. To address these risks,preven-tive measures should be taken such as strengthening data protection,enhancing transparency,and establis-hing an ethical review mechanism.
