摘要
劳动用工管理是构建和谐劳动关系、促进企业健康发展的坚实基础.规范企业劳动用工管理对提高企业生产效率、促进劳动关系和谐、实现企业经营目标具有重要意义.山东省L市企业劳动用工管理还存在入职程序不完善、薪酬管理不科学、保障体系不健全、离职程序不规范等短板问题.应从规范招聘入职程序、完善劳动规章制度、多措并举促进保障、有理有据办理离职及加强员工民主参与等方面进行劳动用工科学管理,逐步实现劳资共治.
Abstract
Labor management is a crucial foundation for fostering harmonious labor relations and facili-tating the sustainable development of enterprises. Standardizing labor and employment management holds significant importance in enhancing production efficiency,promoting harmonious labor relations,and achie-ving business objectives. There are still shortcomings in the labor management of enterprises in L City,Shandong Province,including incomplete entry procedures,non-scientific salary management,inadequate security systems,and irregular dismissal procedures. It is imperative to standardize recruitment proce-dures,enhance labor regulations,implement various measures to ensure employee protection,handle resig-nations based on reasonable evidence,and strengthen democratic employee participation in order to establish a systematic approach to labor and employment management that ultimately leads to shared governance be-tween labor and capital.
