Research on the Construction of"Double-Qualified"Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges——Based on the Practice of Teacher Team Construction in L Higher Vocational College
The construction of the"dual qualified"teacher team in vocational colleges is facing new op-portunities and challenges.Based on the practice of teacher team construction in L vocational college,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current construction of the"dual qualified"teacher team.The research has found that the main problems include an unreasonable structure of the teaching staff,insuffi-cient"dual qualified"literacy among full-time teachers,and inadequate management mechanisms,which in-clude unreasonable staffing,imbalanced age and professional structure,limited educational development,difficulties in introducing high-level achievements and talents,and an imperfect evaluation and incentive sys-tem.In this regard,vocational colleges should optimize their talent introduction strategies,innovate the"dual qualified"teacher training model,and establish a multi-level evaluation system and incentive mecha-nism.
