摘要
航天装备与智能制造产业的快速发展,对高素质技术技能人才的需求日益迫切.机电一体化技术专业与航天企业共建航天装备与智能制造产业学院,构建"岗课赛证+航天精神"融通人才培养模式,校企深度合作进行"三教"改革,建设多元化实践教学体系,校企共同制定学生综合职业能力评价方案,旨在提升航天产业学院人才培养质量,促进学生高质量就业.
Abstract
The rapid development of the aerospace equipment and intelligent manufacturing industry has led to an increasingly urgent demand for high-quality technical and skilled talents.The Mechanical and Elec-trical Integration Technology major and aerospace enterprises are jointly building the Aerospace Equipment and Intelligent Manufacturing Industry College,and build a talent cultivation model that integrates aero-space"post course competition certificate+aerospace spirit",in-depth cooperation between schools and en-terprises to carry out the"three education"reform,build a diversified practical teaching system,and jointly develop comprehensive vocational ability evaluation programs for students,aiming to improve the quality of talent cultivation in the College of Aerospace Industry.
