高职男护生护理职业认知教育的效果研究——以北京某高职学院护理专业男护生为例

摘要
高职教育阶段提升男护生对护理职业的正确认知,有助于稳固男护士新生群体力量,有效提升优质护理服务,促进护理专业学科发展.根据中国男护士职业认知调查问卷,自行设计男护生职业认知问卷,对北京某高职学院106名男护生进行调查,比较分析护理认知教育实施前后其职业认知的变化.结果显示,护理职业认知教育实施后,男护生对护理专业的认知、护士角色的认知、护士性别的认知更为全面、客观.
Abstract
Enhancing the correct professional cognition of male nursing students towards the nursing profession during their vocational college education helps stabilize the emerging group of male nurses,effec-tively elevate the quality of nursing services,and promote the development of the nursing discipline.Based on the China Male Nurse Professional Cognition Survey,a self-designed questionnaire on professional cogni-tion for male nursing students was utilized to investigate 106 male nursing students at a higher vocational college in Beijing.A comparative analysis was conducted to assess changes in their professional cognition before and after the implementation of nursing cognition education.The results indicated that after the im-plementation of professional cognition education in nursing,male nursing students developed a more com-prehensive and objective understanding of the nursing profession,the role of nurses,as well as the gender dynamics in nursing.
