Micro Practice of Sports Contributing to Common Prosperity:The Characteristics,Bottleneck and Relief of Sports Governance in Village-to-Urban Communities
The governance of sports in village-to-city communities is closely linked to the current macro-strategic lay-out of China's comprehensive promotion of common prosperity.Research on the governance of sports in these com-munities should be continuously concerned and valued by the academic circles.Based on the research methods of lit-erature review,field research and logical analysis,combined with the concept of common prosperity,this paper an-alyzes the special characteristics,realistic bottlenecks and relief paths of sports governance in village-to-urban com-munities.The study believes that the realization of common prosperity should avoid sacrificing and abandoning the"transitional subcommunities"as the development cost.At the same time,the village-to-urban community sports governance bears the realization of common prosperity,an important national strategic goal.The special characteris-tics of sports governance in village-to-urban communities are mainly embodied in:the regulation and alienation of sports space;the consolidation and division of the residents'emotions;the new construction and retention of com-munity sports power.However,there are four practical bottlenecks in the current sports governance of village-to-urban communities:the need to optimize the capabilities of each governing body,improve the content of governance,bal-ance the governance mode,and strengthen volunteer services.Therefore,under the concept of common prosperity,the relief paths of village-to-urban community sports governance should be as follows:coordinate multiple subjects to enhance the vitality of village-to-urban community sports governance,innovate and enrich the construction of vil-lage-to-urban community sports spirit culture,improve laws and regulations to smooth the legal path of village-to-urban community sports,and scientifically and rationally develop the village-to-urban community sports volunteer service resources.
