A Review of Football-Oriented Schools for Chinese Youth Campuses:Realistic Examination,Practical Problems and Reform Paths
Review is an important guarantee for the scientific management and long-term development of the Chinese football-oriented schools for Chinese youth campuses and a key link for the in-depth promotion of the reform and development strategy of school football as well as Chinese football.By using the methods of literature review,field investigation,expert interview and logic analysis,this paper makes a realistic examination on the institutional construction,working mechanism,evaluation system and organizational implementation of school review of Chinese youth football.This paper analyzes the practical problems extant in the practice of review of Chinese football-oriented schools for Chinese youth campuses and then puts forward the reform paths for the review.According to the research,there are some practical problems in the review of the football-oriented schools,such as the lack of institutional documents,the imperfect institutional system,the insufficient coordination of partici-pants,the need to improve the working mechanism,the unreasonable setting of indicators,the urgent need to upgrade the evaluation system,and the flaws in the operation procedure,which still needs to be further strengthened.Accordingly,the paper puts forward the reform paths for the review of the football-oriented schools:strengthening institutional construction to ensure the standardized operation of the review practice;building a linkage mechanism to promote the collaborative participation of review subjects;updating the indicator system to improve the scientific level of review results;optimizing organizational implementation to consolidate the overall quality of the review work.
