Practice and Enlightenment on the Localization of Physical Literacy among Adolescents at Home and Abroad
This study systematically combs the experience of the localization practice of adolescents'physical literacy at home and abroad,compares and analyzes the specific contents of the practice.It finds that:(1)In the localiza-tion practice of adolescents'physical literacy,most have established specialized organizations to implement specific measures,but China has not yet established corresponding organizations;(2)The scenarios in which physical liter-acy theory guides practice are mostly in school sports,and China has not yet conducted educational practices on the development of adolescents'physical literacy;(3)The main frameworks of existing physical literacy assessment are similar,but the assessment content and methods are different,and China has not yet conducted a tracking survey on the development of adolescents'physical literacy.It is suggested to carry out the localization practice of adolescents'physical literacy in China from three aspects:(1)Led by the local government departments at the pro-vincial,municipal and county levels,discuss and formulate strategies to promote the development of physical litera-cy of residents in the areas under their jurisdiction,integrate various social resources such as human,financial,material,information and other social resources,and promote the development of adolescents'physical literacy in a planned and purposeful manner;(2)Starting from the adolescents'physical literacy education,establish a compre-hensive physical literacy education practice system including individuals,families,schools and communities,and develop national physical literacy;(3)Develop a scientific and effective adolescents'physical literacy assessment system and carry out a follow-up survey of the development of adolescents'physical literacy,so as to provide quantita-tive support for exploring the influencing factors of the development of adolescents'physical literacy of different ages.
