How to Empower:Challenges and Solutions of Digital Technology to Promote High-quality Development of Youth Sports
In the process of digital transformation,the high-quality development of youth sports can not be detached from the direction of the times.However,due to the continuous amplification of the use scenarios and value func-tions of digital technology,it has been blurred and generalized.Clarifying the relationship between digital technology and the high-quality development of youth sports has become an urgent task.The study believes that dig-ital technology can undoubtedly contribute to the high-quality development of youth sports,playing a bridging role and a power engine.However,while people are mostly optimistic about it,there are still many limitations that hin-der the empowering role of digital technology,including:in terms of cognitive limitations,the vague boundary of digital technology makes the high-quality development of youth sports show a tendency of"pan-technology";in terms of ethical limitations,the arbitrary transgression of digital technology in sports leads to the"objectification"and"enslavement"of the young people;in terms of management limitations,data silos have led to a phenomenon of"inefficiency"in the implementation of youth sport policies.The study proposes the following coping strategies:beware of the cognitive"cage"of dataism to upgrade the data literacy of youth sports governance subjects;enhance the ethical review of the application of digital technology to avoid ethical crises caused by management anomie;break down data barriers between government departments to establish a sound multi-party collaborative digital re-source sharing mechanism.
