Construction and Analysis of Users'online Fitness Demand System under the Background of National Fitness:A Study Based on Word2Vec-IPA model
Accurately identifying and deeply analyzing user needs in fitness apps is crucial for advancing functions and optimizing public's online fitness experience.Based on fitness App online review data, the Word2Vec model and K-means++algorithm were used to accurately identify users'online fitness needs and build an online fitness needs system.Meanwhile, the IPA model was used to analyze the attention and satisfaction of each demand dimen-sion,and the relationship between the two.The results revealed that the online fitness needs framework consists of four dimensions:Service(basic functional/paid membership service),Information(exercise data recording/fit-ness information resources),Interaction(social communication and interaction/emotional exchange feedback),and Technology(page layout/technical support).Among these, users exhibited high levels of attention and satis-faction towards basic functional and fitness information, suggesting a need for maintaining advantageous strategies. The satisfaction with exercise data recording and technical equipment support was relatively low,but the attention degree was high,so optimization should be prioritized.Other sub-dimensions had a low level of attention, and it is recommended to adopt a low-priority improvement strategy. This study addressed the subjectivity issues prevalent in previous research on users'online fitness needs, identified the lack of alignment between the market and real needs, and provided guidance for the optimization direction of the online fitness industry.
