New Quality Productive Forces Empowering High-Quality Development of Rural Sports:Mechanism and Practical path
New quality productive forces,as a qualitative leap in the development of productive forces,can provide strong impetus for the high-quality development of rural sports.Using methods such as literature review,logical a-nalysis,and field research,this paper systematically elaborated the mechanism and implementation path of how new quality productive forces empower the high-quality development of rural sports.The research suggests that the new quality productive forces embedded in rural sports have formed a new type of rural sports productive forces with high-quality laborers,high-tech labor means,and high-value labor objects.The creativity,coordination,green power,openness,and sharing forces that can be unleashed respectively impact the development of digital talents in rural sports,the overall planning of the secondary and tertiary industries in rural sports,the protection of rural sports ecological environment,the prosperity of cultural tourism during rural sports events,and the enhancement of public services in rural sports.Ultimately,these five factors jointly promote the high-quality development of rural sports.Based on the mechanism between the two,it is proposed that the implementation path for the high-quality development of rural sports in the future should continue to start from the three essential elements of new quality productive forces,continuously shaping production relations compatible with the new productive forces of rural sports.This involves cultivating new types of rural sports laborers and improving their digital skills,applying new types of rural sports labor means to ensure the supply capacity of labor tools in terms of quantity and intelligence,and expanding new types of rural sports labor objects to elevate the value of the rural sports industry chain.
