The Internal Logic and Practical Conception of New Quality Productive Forces Enabling the High-quality Development of National Fitness
New quality productive forces is an"intrinsic requirement and an important focus"of promoting high-quality development of national fitness.Starting from understanding the connotation and characteristics of the high-quality development of national fitness enabled by new quality productive forces,this paper uses the research meth-ods of literature review and logical analysis to explore the internal logic,realistic challenges and practical conception of the high-quality development of national fitness empowered by new quality productive forces.The study concluded that:1)The new quality productive forces empowers the high-quality development of national fit-ness mainly by empowering the data elements of the national fitness program,and promotes the generation of new technologies,new values,new forms,new modes,and new driving forces for the high-quality development of na-tional fitness;2)The new quality productive forces is a new engine and a powerful mechanism for the high-quality development of national fitness,mainly because national fitness obtains new technologies for transformation and up-grading,forms new values for green development,creates new elements for sharing and coexistence,completes new business forms for improving quality and efficiency,and constructs a new model for optimizing the layout in the de-velopment of the new quality productive forces.Thus,there is inherent logic between the new quality productive forces and the high-quality development of national fitness;3)In the process of new quality productive forces em-powering the high-quality development of national fitness,it faces the challenges of technology innovation,green values,resource supply and demand,structural layout,governance models,and talent support,etc.Based on this,it is recommended from the practical level to promote the transformation from technology embedding to technology innovation,accelerate the transformation from green consciousness to green values,steadily advance the transforma-tion from real space to virtual-reality fusion,accelerate the transformation from human-computer interaction to hu-man-computer integration,make every effort to promote the transformation from single governance to multi-dimen-sional collaborative governance,and rapidly complete the transformation from an insufficient supply of talents to suf-ficient guarantee of talents,so as to drive the new quality productive forces to empower the high-quality development of national fitness.
