Research on the Optimization of Regional Cooperative Mechanisms for Competitive Sports in China
Regional cooperation in competitive sports serves as a pivotal strategic safeguard for the sustainable devel-opment of China's competitive sports industry and for accelerating China's transformation from a major sports country to a leading sports nation.Employing methods such as literature review and logical analysis, this study systematical-ly examines and summarizes the challenges confronting regional cooperation in competitive sports in China.Further-more,it undertakes an in-depth theoretical reconstruction of the objectives, characteristics, and models of the coop-erative system. The challenges encountered include dispersed objectives leading to low collaboration efficiency,out-dated characteristics impeding scientific collaboration, and a singular model resulting in reduced vitality in coopera-tion.The objectives are as follows:the national entity should prioritize maximizing national political interests, the collective entity should strive for maximizing organizational economic benefits, and the individual entity should aim for maximizing personal comprehensive development. These three entities should form a bidirectional ecological cy-cle,aligning their objectives. The key characteristics encompass objectivity and consistency in development direc-tion,sharing and sustainability of resources, diversity and complexity in development models, and relevance and i-dentity in development connotations. The identified collaboration models are:unilateral collaboration,neighboring-area collaboration,cross-regional collaboration,cross-industry collaboration, and community-based collaboration.
