Changes in the Statistical Work of China's Sports Industry and Optimized Paths for Adapting to the Development of New Quality Productive Forces in Sports
To accommodate the demands of new quality productive forces development in sports under new circum-stances,it is imperative to propel the modernization reform of China's sports industry statistics system.By analyzing and synthesizing historical data and pertinent literature regarding China's sports statistics survey system,this paper offers a comprehensive review of the evolution of sports statistics,the transformations in data collection methodolo-gies and tools,as well as the policy and standard frameworks supporting the implementation of the sports statistics survey system.Additionally,it delves into the significance of modernizing the sports statistics system from three per-spectives:serving the new quality productive forces in sports,fostering the advancement of sports statistical prac-tices,and fostering the development of the sports data factor market.The paper advocates for adhering to the princi-ples of maximizing data utilization,centralized management,and digital orientation in reforming sports statistics.It conducts a thorough analysis of current challenges in sports statistics,including incomplete statistical indicator sys-tems,relatively delayed construction of the"digital foundation,"inadequate statistical systems and operational mechanisms,and grassroots statistical capabilities falling short of meeting the demands of the new era.Consequent-ly,the paper deliberates on and projects forward four key areas:refining the classification standards and indicator system for sports statistics,advancing the digital transformation and upgrading of sports statistics work,establishing and refining the management and operational mechanism for sports statistics,and bolstering statistical capabilities at the grassroots level.
