教育家精神引领新时代体育学发展的实践路向:强定力、强内涵、强支撑

新时代中国体育学建设征程中,须凸显教育家精神的引领作用。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对教育家精神在体育学中的具象化呈现予以理论阐释,并廓清体育学未来发展的实践路向。研究认为:教育家精神是具有丰富内涵的集合体,分别映照在体育学的学科战略定力、学科内涵实力与学科服务能力中,三者相互依存,共同构成了教育家精神在体育学的具体表现形态。学科战略定力强调坚守学科本源,秉承坚定人民至上的学科立场、注重中华体育精神的时代传承、坚持学科探索的学理化进程的"本心"路向;学科内涵实力强调夯基学科创新,秉持聚焦多学科交叉融合发展、聚焦高水平科技支撑能力、聚焦高层次人才培养的"匠心"路向;学科服务能力强调凸显学科使命与担当,秉行主动服务国家体育事业决策与全民健身健康、主动服务竞技体育提升、主动服务体育产业升级的"丹心"路向。
The Practical Path of Kinesiology Development Driven by the Spirit of Educators in the New Era:Strengthening Perseverance,Connotation,and Support
In the journey of the construction of kinesiology in China's new era,it is essential to highlight the leading role of the spirit of educators.Using research methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper makes a theoretical explanation of the concrete manifestation of the educators'spirit in kinesiology,and clarify the practical path for its future development.The research suggests that the spirit of educators is a complex entity with rich conno-tations,reflected in the strategic perseverance,connotative strength,and service capability of the discipline.These three aspects are interdependent and collectively constitute the specific manifestation of the educator's spirit in kinesi-ology.The discipline's strategic perseverance emphasizes adhering to the original direction of discipline,upholding a people-first discipline stance,focusing on the timeless inheritance of the Chinese sports spirit,and adhering to"origi-nal intention"path of academic exploration.The connotative strength emphasizes strengthening discipline innovation,adhering to the"craftsmanship"path of focusing on interdisciplinary integration and development,high-level techno-logical support capabilities,and high-level talent cultivation.The servicecapability emphasizes highlighting the discipline's mission and responsibility,adhering to the"loyal heart"path of actively serving national sports decision-making,national fitness and health,competitive sports enhancement,and sports industry upgrading.
