新形势下加快推进我国反兴奋剂学科专业建设

反兴奋剂工作对我国体育事业发展至关重要。习近平总书记多次强调其重要性,我国在反兴奋剂工作各方面也取得了一定成绩,但巴黎奥运前后的相关事件也给今后的工作带来新挑战。分析当前国际反兴奋剂斗争的复杂性和我国反兴奋剂工作面临挑战的基础上,加强反兴奋剂学科专业建设迫在眉睫。研究指出,相关事件反映出体育发展社会性与反兴奋剂专业性、国际多边治理与部分国家单边行动、现实问题复杂性与学科专业边界有限性的"三重张力"。我国应开拓食品领域反兴奋剂科技创新,重视国际体育治理人才培养,推动体育学科交叉融合创新,以加快反兴奋剂学科专业建设,服务体育强国建设。
Accelerating the Construction of Anti-doping Disciplines and Majors in China under the New Situation
Anti-doping work is of crucial importance to the development of sports in China.President Xi Jinping has repeatedly emphasized its significance.While China has achieved notable progress in various aspects of anti-doping efforts,the events surrounding the Paris Olympics have posed fresh challenges for future endeavors.Based on the a-nalysis of the complexity of the current international anti-doping struggle and the challenges faced by China's anti-doping work,the urgent need to strengthen the construction of anti-doping disciplines and majors is highlighted.The research points out that the relevant events reveals a"triple tension"between the social nature of sports develop-ment and the specialized demands of anti-doping,international multilateral governance and the unilateral actions of certain countries,as well as the complexity of real-world issues and the limited scope of disciplinary boundaries.To address this,China should spearhead scientific and technological innovation in anti-doping in the food field,priori-tize the cultivation of talents in international sports governance,and promote the interdisciplinary integration and in-novation within sports disciplines,so as to accelerate the construction of anti-doping disciplines and majors,thereby serving the goal of the construction of a leading sports nation.
