Construction of World-Class Sports Training Bases with Chinese Characteristics:Connotation,Value,Reflection,and Pathways
The Chinese path to modern sports development provides a strong theoretical support and practical basis for the construction of world-class sports training bases with Chinese characteristics.Using research methods such as literature review,logical reasoning,and comparative analysis,this study explores the connotation and value of con-structing world-class sports training bases based on a review of the evolution of policies related to sports training ba-ses in China.Drawing on historical achievements and initiatives of the Qinhuangdao National Sports Training Base in the new era,the study proposes several pathways for constructing world-class sports training bases.The research concludes that the connotation of constructing world-class sports training bases embodies the"Chinese-style person-ality traits"of national political features,institutional mechanisms,and national cultural characteristics.It presents"international common standards"featuring multidimensional indicators,multi-service capabilities,various regional characteristics,and diverse innovation.It also presents an innovative"international common standards"featuring multidimensional indicators,multi-service capabilities,various regional characteristics,and diverse innovation.It holds significant value in promoting the construction of a leading sports nation,demonstrating sports governance ca-pabilities,cultivating competitive sports talents,meeting the fitness needs of all people,and enriching the land-scape of the sports industry.The construction framework of"four in one"and"one core,six centers"implemented by the Qinhuangdao Training Base is in line with the general direction of Chinese path to modernization,giving full play to its inherent advantages to form a strong internal driving force for the construction of world-class sports train-ing bases with Chinese characteristics.The pathways of constructing world-class sports training bases with Chinese characteristics should adhere to taking root in China to build a high-level service system,uphold tradition while em-bracing innovation to create a high-standard construction layout,adhere to self-confidence and self-reliance to shape high-quality cultural values,embrace a holistic perspective to unleash governance vitality with high efficiency,and maintain a global outlook to outline a high-quality strategic blueprint.
