Dance Movement Posture Control and Injury Risk Assessment
Dance movement posture control ability not only affects the quality and artistic performance of dance techniques, but is also closely related to dance injuries. This study used the YBT-LQ kit to measure the lower limb dynamic balance ability of 41 female dance college students, exploring the characteristics and causes of dancers'movement posture control ability,as well as its assessment and prevention of dance injury risk. The results showed that the comprehensive score(CS)of the YBT test in female dance college students was relatively high, with low values of bilateral balance difference(TLA).There were significant differences in the forward reach distance(A)and Reach(right)between ballet and classical dance(P<0.05).The proportion of subjects with CS<95%and TLA ≥0.05 was significantly higher in ballet compared to Chinese classical dance and folk dance. The study concluded that female dance college students have good movement posture control ability and professional dynamic pattern characteristics, but there are individuals with potential injury risks due to comprehensive ability and bilateral imbalance in dynamic balance regulation. The study points out the necessity of regularly conducting tests on dance college students'movement posture control ability and screening for dance injury risks,as well as targeted dynamic balance function exercises. It also suggests the application of dance as a means of intervention for promoting public health and medical rehabilitation by improving body balance regulation ability.
