Development and Practice Paradigms of European Eurhythmics
As one of the most influential theoretical doctrines and teaching methods in the 20th century, eurhythmics(music and movement)has profoundly influenced the development of art education in China in terms of its core connotations and practical forms. This paper focuses on the basic development and cultural practice of eurhythmics by tracing the history, explaining the principles, and exploring the practice. As a result,it is proposed that the development of eurhythmics in the world is based on the French-speaking eurhythmics and the German-speaking eurhythmics as the two major practice paradigms. This further clarifies the academic lineage and international development characteristics of eurhythmics, while the development of war factors, cultural trends, and places of practice, and the characteristics of the development path from"originality"to"culture"are also becoming clearer. In addition, based on the analysis of cultural factors constructed from a multidisciplinary perspective,it clarifies that the cultural nature of the development of eurhythmics is a"cultural circle"formed by the introduction of cultural symbols, the formation of a cultural environment, and the acquisition of education and culture. This shows that the pattern of"cultural"development and the different developments in the French-speaking and German-speaking communities are representative of each other and that the patterns and characteristics of these developments provide a paradigm for the development of eurhythmics in China.
