Structural Integration of Teaching and Research:an Empirical Study on the Training of Professional Dance Teachers
Based on a sample survey of Beijing Dance Academy,this paper conducts an empirical study on the training of professional dance teachers in dance colleges from the theoretical perspective of"the scholarship of teaching and learning".It finds that dance teachers attach great importance to the absorption and development of disciplinary knowledge in their daily teaching,but sometimes neglect research on the teaching process,and teaching ecology has a great impact on the current teaching situation and the professional development of teachers.It recommends that structural integration of teaching and research should be carried out based on the characteristics of the dance discipline to promote the concept of combined teaching,the in-depth integration of teaching methods and disciplinary knowledge as well as interdisciplinary integration,and to build an ecology of teaching favorable for the structural integration of teaching and research.
