Curriculum Teaching Material for Wa Ethnic Dance at Minzu University of China:a Study on the"Five Points Circular Line"Establishment Model
This study explores the innovative model of"Five Points Circular Line"in the curriculum of Wa ethnic dance at Minzu University of China,which deepens and expands the traditional construction model of"Three Points and One Line"in ethnic dance teaching materials.Characterized by cyclical development,this model marks a breakthrough innovation in ethnic dance education.The core of this model lies in deeply embedding the essence of ethnic'root culture'into the creation,teaching,development of teaching materials,theoretical research,and artistic practice of ethnic dance.Through an in-depth examination of the five spatio-temporal points within the"Five Points"framework,this paper elucidates their causal relationships and the implementation process.Our research team conducted extensive fieldwork in ethnic regions,gathering traditional dance materials and delving into the diverse facets of ethnic lifestyles,historical cultures,economic ecologies,and beyond.Simultaneously,we distilled dance elements from the dynamics of daily life,emphasizing the pivotal role of cultural connotations in dance creation,instruction,and theoretical exploration.The aim of this study is to enrich the connotation of ethnic dance education,foster the inheritance and innovation of ethnic culture,and offer fresh perspectives and approaches for the field of dance education.
