Embodied Technique and Interactive Context:Teaching Practice of"Hubei Folk Dance Lianxiang"
"Dalianxiang"(play the coin-stick dance)is a traditional folk dance in the Hubei Province,characterized by its free-spirited and lively dance style that reflects the Hubei people's positive and optimistic attitude toward life and their unique personalities,as well as the distinctive features of Hubei's regional folk dances.Dance,especially folk dance,is an embodied cultural and artistic activity,whose regional characteristics need to be distinctly shown through dance techniques and movements.This paper focuses on the teaching of"Dalianxiang"and discusses the teaching practice of body training techniques.It argues that teaching practices centered on body training techniques are more conducive to the communication and inheritance of excellent traditional culture in Hubei.They can also promote the teaching of"Lianxiang"in modern classrooms in a scientific,systematic,and standardized way.Additionally,the dance elements and teaching development of"Hubei Folk Dance-Lianxiang"contribute to the preservation and inheritance of Hubei folk dance culture,providing references for the teaching of Chinese dance and the inheritance of folk dances.
