On the development path of dance in China,Dai Ailian,as the founder and pioneer of the Chinese dance industry and the first principal of Beijing Dance School,devoted her life to the creation,performance,and teaching of dance.With the rapid development of education and the continuous deepening of educational reform,dance in China plays an increasingly important role in the field of education.When facing the development of dance education at different levels and dimensions,Dai Ailian's foresight and insight are admirable.This paper starts with Dai Ailian's concept of fairness in educating people through dance,and explores the background of her educational philosophy,the practical achievements of education,its ideological connotations,and practical significance.
