On Building Digital Academic Ecology in Colleges and Universities Based on the SECI Model
Knowledge creation goes through four stages:socialization,externalization,combina-tion and internalization.This paper analyzes the barriers in knowledge creation,knowledge dialogue,knowledge combination,and knowledge transformation in the"four fields"of academic ecology-the founding field,the conversation field,the system field,and the practice field,constructs a model of knowledge sharing and transformation process among various organizations in a systematic digital uni-versity research and innovation system,explores the spiral enhancement path of knowledge creation SECI to closed-loop shape the digital academic ecology of universities,enhance the practicality and quality of scientific research,achieve the coupling development of university research and innovation level with regional economy and society,and serve local economic and social development.
