An Analysis of the Turn in Yu Dafu's Lyrical Novel Creation
In the history of modern Chinese literature,Yu Dafu's creations have distinct charac-teristics and a strong sense of romanticism,and his early novel creations have caused great controver-sy.Yu Dafu's novel creations have also been labeled as being"decadent","pornographic",and"self-sentimentality of the petty bourgeoisie".However,in the turn of the creation,Yu Dafu demonstrated a high level of political revolutionary enthusiasm,which can be detected in his early works as the"sprout"of this phenomenon.In his subsequent works,he also demonstrated the firm revolutionary will of a lyrical writer with a soft heart.It is undeniable that these creations still have limitations,but this cannot negate Yu Dafu's change in creation and the inspiration it provides for later generations.
